Field Service Technician

Job Description

Work in the mountains with a growing company. As a hearth industry Service Manager, you will be managing, scheduling, and establishing processes and procedures with teams of installers and technicians. Excellent time management, customer service and organizations skills are essential. This position is an immediate senior leadership position. Job description

Huge growth opportunity! Inglenook Energy is seeking a highly personable and effective salesperson that is customer service and sales focused. Growth and career opportunities in a warm and fun environment. Must be able to work Saturdays. All Sundays and major holidays off.

This position includes is sales, ordering, customer service and some management. We are looking for an individual with strong customer service skills and general understanding of the principles of sales. We need an individual that is highly motivated and comfortable taking initiative as well as strong marketing skills. This is a full-time position and would need to be able to work Saturdays (5 day work week).

This is a base plus commission position. Prior sales experience is needed. Hearth product knowledge a plus. Will need an active driver’s license as onsite visits are part of the position.

The Inventory Specialist role is responsible for receiving, verifying, sorting, putting-away, and pulling material in support of operations. Additionally, the role also performs all related data input requirements necessary to comply with inventory record accuracy requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process building permits with Local and State Building Divisions.
  • Process manufacturer claims.
  • Research and process inventory items and parts.
  • General office tasks
  • Providing real-time scheduling support
  • Using computer software to generate reports, conduct research and process orders.

Requirements

  • 2+ yrs. administrative experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, 40+ WPM
  • Work on Saturdays
  • Problem solving skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
